Larry is a life long outdoor enthusiast, an aspiring professional angler, and actively involved in several grass roots angling and conservation organizations. He is a retired Army officer living in Leavenworth, Ks. Larry competes in 11 -12 bass tournaments a year with the Leavenworth Bass Club (the largest BASS affiliated bass club in Ks) and several other tournament circuits to include the N2it series, Joe BASS Team Trail, TBFKS, MOBASS state qualifiers, BFLs, and BWS. Larry routinely fishes Smithville, Mozingo, Truman, LOZ, Table Rock, Pomme de Terre, Stockton, Banner Creek, Coffey County, and La Cynge. On average, Larry spends over 120 days on the water each year. Larry plans to continue to develop his angling skills and expand his tournament angling to the BASS Central Opens and FLW Everstarts in the coming years. With tournament fishing as his passion, Larry is keenly aware of the business aspects of the sport holding an undergraduate BBA in marketing and a Masters in Business Administration. Larry loves the outdoors and enjoys writing and communicating his fishing knowledge. As a member of the 7/24 outdoor pro-staff, Larry will routinely provide bass tournament and fishing reports from the eastern Kansas and western Missouri region along with informative expert articles on a myriad of fishing and conservation issues.
